Why use a 7.4V battery with a DC port? Heated vests with 7.4V batteries and DC plugs heat up faster and reach higher temperatures compared to those with 5V batteries. Despite its higher battery capacity requirements, we chose to use a 7.4V DC output for optimal performance.

Why does my battery charge slowly? Never use a 5V-1A charger. Our battery has a relatively large capacity, so it requires a higher power charger. A 5V-2A charger typically takes 6 hours, while a 5V-3A or 9V-2A fast charger only takes 4.5 hours.

Can I charge this heated vest with my own power bank? In theory, as long as your power bank has a DC 4.0mm port, it can be used. However, the switches may not match if the ports are the same. We recommend using Camoner batteries for optimal performance.

Can I charge my heated vest and phone at the same time? No, you can't. For safety reasons, the other ports will cut off the current when the DC port is in use.

Why does the battery drain when the vest is turned off? The battery is designed to wake up automatically, so it does not need to be repeatedly plugged and unplugged during intermittent use. However, if you don't unplug the battery, it will continue to drain power.
